Our Daily Magnesium Spray is a simple and effective way to raise your magnesium levels without the need for pills. 
 
Ingredients:  Magnesium Chloride
100% pure Magnesium Oil from the Salt Lakes of Australia. Since it's naturally occurring, it has the added benefit of trace minerals - this is magnesium as nature intended it.
Although it's commonly referred to as 'Magnesium Oil', this product contains no oil.
 
The exact amount of magnesium you need is dependent on a number of factors like your age, gender and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, the average person will need to apply 8-10 sprays of our Daily Magnesium Spray a day.
 
We recommend you apply 4-5 sprays to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply it as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise. There’s no need to wash Magnesium Daily Spray off, just don’t forget to rub it in well for the best results.
 
Daily Magnesium Spray contains no chemicals, additives or nasties but it is a naturally powerful product. While it's completely safe for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, we would recommend children or those with sensitive skin patch test and apply our Daily Magnesium Spray over a light moisturiser (or opt for one of our gentler products).
