Our cattle are raised on 100% lifetime grass fattened and finished on grass.

Our cattle are Vaccine, MRNA & Hormone free.
Our pastures are rotationally grazed for improved soil and plant health, leading to more nutrient dense beef.

Low stress stock handling means a more relaxed animals (and handlers!)

Once processed by our qualified butcher, our beef contains no artificial additives, preservatives, artificial or natural flavours, sulphites or fillers.

Our beef will be available to order once the beast reaches an ideal weight.

1/4 beast $23.75/kg (approx 30-40kg)
1/2 beast $23.75/kg (approx 80kg)
Full beast $21.00/kg (approx 160kg)

Premium Mince $19.00/kg

Sausages $19.00/kg (no additives or artificial ingredients)

14kg minimum order of either mince and/or sausages

Cuts are individually wrapped and labelled in cryovac packaging in approximately 1kg portions, saving you $$.

At Fairbanks Fields our cattle are grass fed AND grass finished. That means they are never fed any grains and are free to graze on native pastures 100% of the time.
​
Grass fed beef offers a range of health benefits that set it apart from conventionally raised, grain fed cattle. One major advantage is its superior nutritional profile (and taste!). Grass fed beef tends to be leaner and contain higher levels of essential nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial for cardiovascular health and brain function. Increased levels of CLA in grass fed beef is associated with potential anti-cancer properties. It also tends to be richer in antioxidants like vitamin E, which contributes to a better immune system and overall wellbeing.
